Surrounded by pine trees and overlooking the beach, this holiday hotel is ideal for a family beach break on the beautiful island of Minorca. The Stil Victoria Playa boasts direct access to the sandy beach of Santo Tomás, on the south side of this charming Mediterranean island. Spend your day soaking up the sun here or on the terrace before enjoying a refreshing dip in the hotel's outdoor swimming pool. Children can have fun in their own swimming pool, in the playground or in the soft play centre. They can also be entertained by the supervised kid's club. Then, each evening, the whole family can come together to enjoy the weekly professional entertainment programme. Dine on site at the maritime-themed buffet restaurant, set overlooking the pool, attractive gardens and the sea beyond. There is also a bar, where you can finish off the day with a refreshing drink.

As well as the professional entertainment, you can keep yourself amused with the range of daytime activities available at the Stil Victoria Playa. These include pool tables, table tennis, badminton and water polo. Inside the hotel building you will find an air-conditioned TV lounge and games room. There are internet points on the upper floor of the hotel that require an extra charge for use.

Club San Jaime (2.6 km) - show on map

Reckoned to be the top children's attraction on the island, situated in Son Bou. This water/play park offers unlimited fun for younger members of the family.

Son Bou (2.9 km) - show on map

This is Menorca's longest beach - a welcoming 3km of golden sand and shallow waters. There is always space to find seclusion, whilst Son Bou beach is well served with bars and watersports. This is a must-see for sun worshippers and families!

Club Escola Menorquina (7.5 km) - show on map

Riders at this equestrian show perform on traditional Andalucian horses that are specially trained the Menorcan way. The result is a truly magnificent performance showing the connection between man and beast.

A highly entertaining and fun evening out, the show can be seen on Wednesdays and Sundays at 8.30pm

Cala Santa Galdana (7.7 km) - show on map

This is probably one of the best places for a natural balance of tourism with ecology. Santa Galdana is a large resort, with all the beach facilities, watersports and family fun you would expect. However its unique situation also makes this a great place for long, peaceful walks leading to other beaches up and down the coast. There is something for everyone here.

Sala Municipal D'Art Contemporani (8.4 km) - show on map

Located in the surroundings of the Santa Teresa estate, this museum offers visitors the chance to discover the Roman history of the island.

Cala En Porter (8.8 km) - show on map

This is one of the oldest and most popular holiday resorts in Menorca, featuring a wide sandy beach framed by cliffs either side. Cala En Porter is well served with restaurants, sun loungers, watersports and is safe for children.

Monte Toro (9.9 km) - show on map

Monte Toro is situated on Menorca's highest point in Es Mercadal, rising 352 metres. A convent on top of the peak is home to Franciscan nuns who open their doors to the public from the first Sunday in May. Read more »
