Taxis
These are plentiful and good value over short distances although they can be expensive for journeys across the island. Taxis with a green light are available for hire and can be hailed anywhere. Tips in taxis are generally accepted to be around 10%.

Buses
Menorca has an extensive bus network operated by Transportes Menorca, with terminals in Mahon and Ciutadella. Routes link the larger towns with villages and coastal resorts. A timetable of all bus routes is published in the daily Menorca newspaper Diario.
