About V1304, Located On A Quiet Avenue.
Villa 1304 is located on a quiet avenue, permitting a relaxing holiday aura and from the terrace and poolside you can hear the sea, view the sea, the nature park and the beach life. The villa is situated on Calle Pinar, a residential cul de sac that lies at the top of the San Jaime hill and therefore it?s maybe a good idea to consider vehicle hire. From the road side there are also quite a few steps up to the villa entrance.
The first visible contact with the property is its covered terrace and poolside area. The oval shaped pool is three steps lower than the terrace and has a 2 meter deep end with a shallow end of one meter. The terrace and poolside area is adequately furnished with summer furnishings, for dining and relaxing, there is a rather lovely man made BBQ. Entering the villa, there is a rather homely looking TV lounge and dining area, and passing through a rather pretty Mediterranean archway there is the fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and an exterior laundry area. The sleeping quarters are to the side rear of the lounge and have five little steps to reach them. The villa is surrounded by shrubs, pines and terraced gardens.
